Spartans struck gold with smart AlecBrookfield East's Alec James manhandled opposing offenses (and sometimes defenses) while helping the Spartans to a school-record 10 victories. The NOW Newspapers Player of the Year was credited by his head coach for his humble manner during his standout campaigns and will play at the University of Wisconsin next season.
